I go to the install folder and all I get is a page with the following errors.

Warning: main(/home/luke/public_html/forum/inc/class_core.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/luke/public_html/forum/install/index.php on line 16

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/luke/public_html/forum/inc/class_core.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/luke/public_html/forum/install/index.php on line 16

Everything is CHMODED correctly and everything has been uploaded correctly.

Ideas?

Thats what I thought but that file is there.
I still get that error even when the file is there.

Err it's not?! Did you read the error message?

If it still does not work - you should ask your host..
