Well he has other templates besides this one. Maybe he is doing some others.

Great job with the imitation, looks just like VBulletin. I hate the VBulletin style though , but looks just like it, which is great.

The theme is good because it does its job really well, which is looking exactly like VBulletin. I don't like how it looks, but it does its job.
