If I'm using Fasterfox w/ the prefectching/turbo options, do you think it might be due to that?
I know my host hasn't done nothing elsewhere on the server, and it's only occurring in MyBB, from what I can tell.

I've had FasterFox w/ prefetching/tubro options on before and no problems.
Either way, we've done nothing wrong that would cause this
This seems to happen to me a lot more if Google Web Accelerator is running. If you have that installed, try disabling it.
Try going into Admin CP --> Settings --> Server & Optimization and changing "Send Standard Headers" to Yes and disabling Gzip.
