Feature Suggestion/Enhancement: Force Password Change

An Administrator can force all users to change their password before they can continue browsing the forum.  This would be helpful if it is suspected that the database may have been compromised.

Users must change their password before continuing to use the forum.

I also suggest this feature, it will be a really good feature for a inbuilt forum.

Forcing a password change is almost always an urgent matter so using up time looking for a way to force it with core edits/plugins is just that more of a risk.
