This is occurring in all threads that have an image, I just noticed this issue by logging in.

The image its Ok in the Thread!

in my Browser Display:

check for images & video related settings at options of your user control panel

user control panel >> options >> Thread View Options
* Display images in posts
* Display videos in posts
