Can someone be in the admin CP without us knowing? The latest thing that happened. I deleted a member a day ago and this morning I received by email a new registration. When I checked my board the person was already activated. There are only 2 of us with access and we both are stumped. This is the second time.
do you have administrator activation turned On ?

Check who activated him.
It should say "Activated user #userid "
^ if a person has access to database or files then activation can be completed without admin's action !

We are together and he hasn't touched it.
Just happen again. Deleted the member 5 hours ago and now the same member is back on. All the others I deleted are gone but this one particular one keeps coming back. I get the email stating new member needs activation and when I check, he's already activated.
