Hiya, so I recently noticed that PHP Mails weren't sending so i changed to SMTP and now i get the following error: 
Failed to start TLS encryption.

I really have no clue how to get this working, so any help will be appreciated.

There is a problem initiating an encrypted connection to the SMTP server. Please make sure OpenSSL PHP extension is enabled.

How exactly would I do that if I may ask?

If you don't know how, it means you need to ask your hosting or server manager.
