When someone is warned,
Is it possible to allow users to view other's warns by click on "Warning Level"

From what it seems only staff can do that.
And I can't find a setting for it.

For the one rep,
Is there a way to only allow one reputation from a member.

(Eg. Tom decides to spam negative rep on Alex, because he dislikes him.)
I don't want people to be able to do that.

I figured out how to do one rep, but I still haven't found out how to allow any usergroup to click on the warning level.

Did you try setting compatibility from 14* to 18* ?

I could not find the comparability line.

As it seems there is none.
