How can I style my boardlist to be like this?

Make Threads/Posts one bar instead of two separate ones. Then add a nice boss around the last posters information.

Oops that was a typo, I meant to put a nice Box* kinda how it has an inner shadow int he box around the last poster info to make it look like it goes in.
