I've read the help on cookie settings (as I can't log in to the forum) and can't get it right for a redirected URL.

Actual forum hosting is at:
http://pcgwow.svenlowry.co.uk/mybb/
But I want people to access it via:
http://pcgwow.uk/
This URL redirects to the one above, with masking.

If I set the settings to:
Board URL: http://pcgwow.uk/
Cookie Domain: .pcgwow.uk
Cookie Path: /
Then I can't login, and the style sheets don't load


If I set the settings to:
Board URL: http://pcgwow.svenlowry.co.uk/mybb/
Cookie Domain: .pcgwow.svenlowry.co.uk
Cookie Path: /MyBB/
Then I can't login using http://pcgwow.uk/ but can with the longer URL, and style sheets load for both instances.

Any ideas what I need to set this to to get it to work?

is the redirect working through the domain settings ?
basically, iframe needs to be removed so that cookies can work without issues !

Yes, the redirect is through DNS
