I'm tired to add the shoutbox on my forum
I added everything right and follow all the steps
But the problem is when I go to Admin pc /plugin to active it
I found the plugin crash and telling me the problem in inc/plugin/dev shoutbox
Hw I can fix it

DVZ Shoutbox, the PHP version on your server is likely the cause (it requires 5.4 or higher) - try changing it in your hosting control panel or contact their technical support.

php is software on your hosting server configured by your host, it's not something you can change. Speak to your host about this.

Sure:
add-apt-repository -y ppa:ondrej/php
apt-key update
apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y
apt-get install -y php5.6-fpm
Good luck running it on a shared host though.
