How to translate "Joined: Jul 2016"?

I have found this in "postbit_author_user":

{$lang->postbit_joined} {$post['userregdate']}

So I can translate "Joined" by translating "postbit_joined". But how to translate the mounth name?

Any ideas? Or it is impossible to do without editing engine source files. Where can I find it anyway?
