I switched on reCAPTCHA in "General Configuratoin" but it seems MyBB engine has an old version of it installed.

For example, here on MyBB community a new version of it is installed.

How to upgrade it?

Yeah, there is an "No captcha reCAPTCHA" option there. I am sorry...
