Please instead of using 'help please fast' use descriptive topic titles. What is your board url?

Look in your theme's global.css or maybe there's a separate stylesheet attached. You can change the background colour.

background:#31A6E0;
border-top:1px solid #55C7FF;
height:45px;
list-style:none;
margin:0;
padding:0
}

please provide purchasing proof of the theme (you may PM the proof to Ben or me)

Changing that doesnot changes the color

Then you changing it in the wrong place, for the part you circled, that's the CSS.

Are you trying to ignore .m., you are using Poly theme and thats a paid theme.
