when this complete all things when i go to admin cp i not saw forum and posts tabs why ???

because i made new forum for game or servers please help i want that tab because that was main thing to make category please any reply

run file verification tool from below location. what does it report ?
admin panel >> tools & maintenance >> file verification
ignore reported images & ignore files reported from install folder & its sub-folders
