where do i find the menu so i can change some of the options in the ACP?

What menu are you talking about? Screenshot?

Its build up in /admin/index.php

the menu where it says User CP member list caleder etc @ http://www.aclubbers guide.net without the space

also just another question i want to remove all of this:

Admin CP --> Settings --> Server & Optimization Options. Set the "Advanced Stats / Debug information" option to "No". (Keep in mind the debug information is only shown to administrators, so normal users won't see it either way.)
