You didn't upgrade properly. You need a "new" inc/functions.php .
i just upload a theme called blue bulletin pro, instructions said that i needed replace functions.php instead other one they provide...
i didnt upgrade i just make a fresh installation....
You uploaded a new theme that expected you to replace your function.php file? That doesn't sound like a good idea! The theme might be using an old functions.php file. You might want to get a fresh file from the 1.2.7 download and upload that! If the new theme won't work that way, then maybe you shouldn't use it??
if you really want to use it, then compare the two function.php files side by side and see if you can identify what commands the theme may have added. Just a suggestion.
