Please help me to insert a NewsFeed into the left-hand column of my Forums -->http://conspiracylookout.com/index.php

I can't find anyone who knows how to do it. What I'm looking for looks like this:

the other forum is using manually edited news items

if you have link to a RSS feed then that can be used
eg. http://news.google.com/news?pz=1&cf=all&...output=rss

.m. Looks pretty good as is. Would it be alight to leave it the way it is. Just wondering why I'd ask her to change it? "ask your helper to change to your required feed "
