Hi,

I am consolidating a forum and wanted to merge two forums within a category. Is there a inherent tool in the ACP for doing this? Or would I have to knock up a hack to do it? I'm sure someone has faced this situation before.

Any pointers greatly appreciated.

You can move all threads from one to another (multi select on forum display)

Cumbersome though if you have hundreds of threads and pages of posts. Not the best system imho to move an entire forum.

Yes, thanks for the suggestion. It worked quite well with inline multi-select and then move. Thanks!

Yes, I agree. Luckily, I only had 50 odd threads to merge and it worked well for that scenario
