Is there a header template that applies to ALL pages? I need to get some code into the <head> but all I've found is the index template that only affects the index page :/

headerinclude template

headerinclude template under ungrouped templates

Ungrouped Templates->headerinclude

or

Header Templates->header

or

Footer Templates->footer

are all loaded globally

ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > Your template > Header Templates > Header
