can you tell us exact version of MyBB you have installed ..
looks like either you have 1.6.x version of MyBB or the theme is of old version !
anyway, your forum was installed in mybb folder & you want to move it to domain url
for that you have to change board url & cookie settings at forum admin panel
and then move all files from mybb folder to its parent folder (eg. public_html)

edit: also you have to delete index.html file or default.html file at the main folder of your domain
