I'm so mixed Up with Reputation system of mybb 1.2

I installed mybb newly but I couldn't find out how it's reputation system works. there is no button to repute a user or I couldn't find it

when a user post something in a forum it shows : " Reputation : 0 "
but there is no way to change it .

Please give me some help about it . I know I'm so funny with such a question ...

Click the 0 then you'll see a button there...

wow thank you, I found it finally. but I think it's so hard to find it .I think it was better to put this button in thread page...

If you go to the user's profile page, you'll see a link [Vote] beside the user's reputation. (You'll have to look on your forum for that since reputation is disabled here)
