Could someone give me a good explanation of what reputation is? Please?
Reputations (you can see it as points) are given when someone got a good behaviour. (= positive, green reputation).
If someone is bad, they'll get a negative reputation.
You can think of them as "user ratings" where one user rates another user (hopefully) based on their behaviour, helpfulness, etc on your forum.
