Hi there, 
I'm looking for plugin that will automaticly create a topic in certain forum section when user is warned. For example:

I'm giving warn to user X. After giving that, new topic will be created in specified by me forum section with such pattern:
Username:
Topic:
Warn points:
Warn reason:
Administration note:
Message to user:
