I'm testing some things out on my personal private forum and I'm having some issues. When I go to upload my avatar, then select my picture and click "Change Avatar" it loads to a white screen. Not sure what is going on and would love some help, thanks!

I can't even login anymore, I login with the right credentials and it says I logged in than it shows up as not logged in

Never experienced this myself. Can you give some more details, probably active PHP errors, PHP version etc?
This is likely a server issue. If this was a MyBB issue this would've been reported a lot more by now. @Staff if any more details are provided feel free to re open but I'm rejecting this for now.
