hey , my site was hacked, and mybb was erased,but i had a backup , i am trying to restore the backup and i am unable, please help me

You will have to restore the files via FTP (if the files were deleted) and then restore the backup with phpMyAdmin's import page. If you are getting a specific error message please post it here so that we can help you further.

i have to install phpMyAdmin's or its already installed on my provider server?? and i dont know how to install it..

Most hosts have phpMyAdmin as part of their control panel. If your host doesn't have it you can install it yourself. You can read the install guide and download phpMyAdmin at www.phpmyadmin.net
