My database is to big. Can we reduce size of it before start backup?

You could "Optimize" it, normally the size should reduce a lil' .

Everytime when admin access to ACP, it's will record all actions, yes or no? I think it's the main cause of database to big. Can we fix size of this process?

I usually delete all moderators and administrators logs (it weights too much) so it reduce some MB my database (it is about 35MB). And if you have problems backing up your big database, use Bigdump, it works great .

I use Clear Database. It automatically deletes logs and other things.

You should be able to manually prune Admin and Mod logs even if you don't use that plugin/mod. It's on the same screen as when you view the Admin/Mod logs.
