Hi all,

My forum registration settings are currently for Email Registration - however, multiple users over the past 4-6 weeks have emailed me to say that their account is currently awaiting activation from the administrator.

I was wondering if this was a common issue, and if there was a solution to this problem?

Check if you have enabled admin approval of accounts in ACP. Because, email activation is almost instantaneous.

Can the users confirm they received any email requesting activation?
If they haven't check your email configuration or perhaps resort to SMTP for the delivery of mail.
