I wonder why does my forums turn white and has nothing inside of them. It's just have nothing on it. I have installed all the stuff from mybb but there is nothing. I need help/assist.

A white page usually indicates an internal server error. Check your error logs for more information.

Try installing on WAMP. You will be able to see something like this forum.

Uh, no that's not the answer.
As per Nathan's suggestion, if you're on shared hosting, normally in your public_html directory (unless it's been moved, not sure) there'll be an error_log file - take a read through it.
If you're on a VPS/Dedicated Server using Apache and Debian based Linux distributions, the error log file (by default) is /var/log/apache2/error.log
