i recently discovered the hot topic setting in acp:



I was wondering what this does? Does there appear an icon somewhere or some message on the thread listing.
I have some threads at my forum that exceed the above values, however i never noticed anything as 'hot'.

Would appreciate an explanation, perhaps a screenshot.

You can see how it works here on the MyBB forum, by looking at the threadlisting under general support for eg. Once those values are reached the appropriate icon is displayed. and the thread legend is at the bottom of that page.

Its quite useless that way, but thanks for the explanation. I'll improve that on my forum.
