/inc/languages/english/member.lang.php does not exist

i get this error when i go and sign up for my site

i also installed recaptcha III and it wont activate when i click activate itll do this i need help

what is your forum url ? is it recently installed by using one click installer available at web host ?

ok if that fixes that and thank you for the help what do i do about that captcha plugin duping itself?
