I can't think of a need to place the language files into the database. Can you?

You can make your language files writable and use the language manager (as stated) or edit helpdocs.lang.php.
I have Russian language on my forum and don't use Engilsh.
Is it possible to have only one help docs section language and set it to default? It is convenient to create and edit help docs in ACP in English, but I don't want to edit my russian language files. So... I want to edit english help docs and write there russian text and disable russian language for help docs section. Is this possible?
I had this problem and changed the language files which helped me.
