I don't believe this exists within the plugin. If you want, you can contact the creator of that shoutbox (Devilshakerz - https://community.mybb.com/user-47371.html ) to make this alteration for you. He has done work for me in the past, usually quick with replies, his prices are very good, and he delivers fast.
