admin panel login URL is domain/admin/index.php [index.php need not be used]
if your account is removed from admin group then you have to add it back by using SQL query (or by asking other admin)

Unless you're the main admin (By defualt, UID 1); in which case removing you from the group will have no effect on whether or not you can access the ACP (will it?)

M that url does not work for me with and without the index.php

^ looks like admin folder was renamed for better security.
