While removal of the copyright removes his ability to request support, you don't have proof there's any illegal content on the site - especially when it's on a different section of the server than the board. Even if there is an account generator/dispatcher, this doesn't mean there's content within. It could simply be a script that's been uploaded and not used - don't be so quick to jump to a negative conclusion. There's not even an index at the root of the domain and this looks like just another starting MyBB forum. I highly doubt anything on that server's been implemented fully at this juncture.
OVH truly couldn't care less what's hosted on their servers. All they ever care about is getting paid. 99% of the reports they receive go straight to the trash.
