I run an rpg forum over at
http://sinosleep4rpgs.com and recently realized that members had no idea I was sending them pm's. I didn't realize that that was the problem until earlier today. Anyone have any idea what could possibly be the problem?

There is an option to "Alert me with a popup box when I receive a Private Message." or "Notify me by email when I receive a new Private Message." or both!
Both of those are checked in my CP yet I don't get any updates when I get a pm. Also is there anyway for me to set a new default for all of my users?
[edit here] I did some testing and it seems that the problem only happens with MASS pms sent from the control panel. Individual pms the users get a pop up letting them know they got a new message. Also if I try to send mass emails they only get blank messages.
Can anyone help me out with this?
