I am using eHost to host my website.  I am using the SiteBuilder templates - not raw HTML and cPanel.  Can I integrate MyBB?

Yes you can do that.

The response I got from eHost is...
"Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement MyBB in SiteBuilder. It does not have any ability to install outside themes or other softwares"

You will have to install MyBB in subdomain and customize your MyBB to look like your main website.
Also you will have to do integration of MyBB, read this thread for that
