I have a phpbb3 forum but would like to change it to mybb , is their converter ?

The MyBB Merge system is currently in beta testing, but you can apply to test it. phpBB converters are included.

It isn't ready for general public consumption but if you want a copy then post in that thread and you'll be given access to it so you can use it.

You have to wait until you are added to the Beta.

I'm not sure how much more staggeringly obvious I can make it... if the download was publicly available we wouldn't have you "sign up" for it
