Hi,

As you may all know: I've recently imported my database into a MySQL 5 package. But now the é-signs are replaced by question marks. How can I easily add those signs back?

Maybe you have to change the charset of the database to UTF-8?

Then are the signs like �.

We've posted plausible solutions before, but quite frankly, we don't know how to fix it or what's going wrong. There's nothing anywhere that I can find that explains it in understandable terms.
