Having Proplems with uploading avatars...

I think the permissions for the avatars folder might be wrong? What should it be CHMODDED at?

Also, how do I allow uers to upload images and files to the forum, is there a mod for this?

Images and files can be done as attachments, which will be available when they click the "New Reply" or "Reply" button beneath a user's post.

For the attachments, you'll need to ensure that your file type is listed in Admin CP --> Attachments --> Attachment Types. Also in Admin CP --> Users & Groups --> Manage Groups you will need to ensure that the member groups are allowed to upload attachments.
