i am waiting for MyBB 2.0.0 alpha version . Is there any alpha version in this year ?

Be patient. Or learn how to develop and help them out.

To clarify again why we don't give release dates for things, we basically have 3 choices:

- We set a release date. We realise we're not going to reach it, so we delay. People get annoyed we went past the release date.
- We set a release date. We rush to get it ready for that date, and release a half baked product. People get annoyed we release buggy software.
- We don't set a release date. People get annoyed they don't know when the release will be, but at least it's stable and we're happy with it when it is released.

People will get annoyed with either option but the third option is the lesser of the three.

That said, we have found it hard to have regular development on it so if people can help they will be most welcome.

I like the sound of that, easy way to sum anything up on that. You can never be too sure on the release date on anything, really.
