Hello!
I'd like to know if it's possible to make a forum,
that only the thread author and the board team can post in it.
Example :
Dani : hay bla bla bla
Team1: blabla
Team2 : blablabla

and if a user named Steve will try to post in Dani's thread he cant,
but if Steve was the thread author he can post in he's thread and Dani cant.

I realy need that, if you didn't understand dont move away,
please tell me and i'll try to explain, i need this thing on my forum.

You can create usergroups. And you can add anyone into that usergroup (one or numerous people). Then you can make the thread and set it to only viewable, postable on that usergroup. Only those users in that usergroup will see or be able to post in those specific sub-forums. The part about the thread author has only access, im not sure of.
