Debug Mode

As you should've seen before this hack takes out the functions of adding Help Docs and adding/modifying Board Options.

Limit Breaks

This hack adds a limit break (or another user rank type thing) to your boards.

This debug mode thing should be put into MyBB

It already is in place in afew places, however it will not be added to settings and the help documents because users are free to create their own to extend MyBB.
