Hi, when I enter my forum site, I get an this error messages;

mySQL error: 1194
Table 'mybb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query: SELECT sid,uid FROM mybb_sessions WHERE sid='0' AND ip='81.215.248.49'

What am I doing now ?
how to fix it this problem?

Note: I search on the this forum about this event but I cant get and solved answers.

Run this in phpMyAdmin or cPanel

REPAIR TABLE mybb_sessions
