I have a proplem with the shout box ..

when any one shout in it, it takes him in a nother page spicial for the shout box only .. and it isnot refreshing in its own box ..

any ideas to help me with that ?

as it make my members cloe the shout box and still on the shout box .. :s

Which shoutbox are you using? I believe there are two for MyBB.

how can I know what is the shout box version ?

Well, can you copy the info from the Plugin screen in the ACP?

Or just look at the top of the plugin file.

I'm afraid I don't really understand the problem you're having. Could you attempt to describe it in more detail and provide a link to your board (with guest shouting temporarily enabled)?
