Hey guys here I am again.

I'm trying to display a notice to my users with Latest Posts : (NUMBER HERE), However I do not know how to get the latest posts number, Is this a possibility without any plugin? I have seen some forums do it and I'm just curious how they did it.

Where you saw that feature? Maybe some url or screenshout?
