I have recently installed SSL for my site and have an issue with firefox. On google the lock in the left hand corner of the address bar on the browser is green like here but on FF it says that the images are still at http  causing a "mix"

Will I have to reinstall my images to correct this ? I installed and used the plugin for SSL and still those links have not changed..

Not as bad as I thought I will delete and reinstall those two and test again   Now that I have done that it still says the same thing so how would I repair that do the post over again from scratch?  I just do not know.
That test was for the hompage, which now shows ok. I checked showthread and there's errors there as well, that you need to resolve.

Okay so I will check that , you mean the links there are http://  well none of the images went to SSL I reloaded the folder and checked and still the pictures on the posts go to http:// not https://
Which URL are you on, because your homepage seems to be fine.

https://www.ebook-mecca.com

my certificate is written (www.)ebook-mecca

the front page is fine however enter a post and you will see what I mean.. those pictures of the books are in a seperate folder called ebooks  I reloaded the images in that folder and still they are not right. if you rt. click and copy and paste the links then it goes to:

 http://ebook-mecca.com/images/image.jpg

yet if you use:

 https://www.ebook-mecca.com/images/image.jpg
it goes there to..how can I get them to conform to https since I had posted those before I went to SSL there are more than 300 of them.
Hi, yes i know your URL, i meant which thread. I am blocked now from viewing posts. Your SSL is not correctly configured, when you open your site it does not open in https. Also any links that you hardcoded previously you will have to track down now and replace the http with https. It's not necessary to make any changes to the images themselves.
Oh wait then log in I still have you as admin
Remind me of the login details via PM, i will have a look later.
