There is no other unauthorized access based on logs..
But i got the problem.. Our forum is auto update.. from 1.8.6 and its 1.8.7 now.. so thats why there is missing files..
Can you help me again sir .m.?

Also: This is why we recommend not using auto-updaters. They regularly leave out one or more files that can create subtle problems (like new settings not showing in the ACP) or more obvious problems like this one.
In the future, here's (in general) all you need to do to upgrade manually:
1) Close off access to the forum using a .htaccess file or other server configuration file.
2) Back up your files and database
3) Upload changed files and the install/ directory.
4) Browse to the install directory in your browser, and click the pretty Upgrade button, then click Next over and over. This will upgrade any database/cache things so that they are "in sync" (per se) with what the code expects.
