I'm not too good with coding. I recently got a new theme on my forum I wanted to know how to move the moderation options (for thread) to top the of the page.

Also is there a way to make the edit reason part only available for moderators and can you make the forum like invite only, you can't register without a special link or something? Also how do you install admincp themes? They never seem to work for me.
