How do i change the name of members and guests?

If i understood you correctly.

Admin Cp » Configuration » Languages » English (American) » Edit index.lang.php » at the bottom "online_note"

and change like: "{1} {2} active in the past {3} minutes ({4} {5}, {6} of whom {7} invisible, and {8} {9})."

{5}=member
{9}=guest

Just rename {5} & {9} as you want.
